Job Description:
Joining our sales team, you'll be responsible for revenue growth by overseeing a portfolio of targeted accounts. This role involves prospecting within your designated territory, following up on incoming leads, and reaching out to customers to promote additional functionality or licenses, as well as generating referrals. You'll also engage (mostly remotely) with customers and prospects attending marketing events such as webcasts, workshops, or tradeshows. We'll provide comprehensive training on deal closure, paving the way for your advancement into a future Sales Manager position.
Sales & Lead Generation
· Actively promote and sell the Horizon platform to clinical laboratories, hospitals, research institutions, and industry partners
· Identify, generate, and qualify inbound and outbound leads
· Support product demonstrations and customer presentations in collaboration with scientific and technical teams
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities
· Support client to maintain sales related activities
· Participate in marketing initiatives to generate leads for potential sales
Commercial Strategy & Market Support
· Assist in developing and refining sales and commercialization strategies for GenomeArc
· Conduct market research on competitors, pricing models, and customer needs
· Contribute to go-to-market planning, including targeting, messaging, and positioning
· Provide feedback from customers to inform product development and roadmap decisions
Collaboration & Reporting
· Work closely with scientific, product, and leadership teams to align sales efforts with product capabilities
· Support preparation of sales materials, proposals, and basic commercial documentation
· Track and report sales metrics and pipeline progress

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Business, or a related field
· Strong interest in clinical genomics, precision medicine, or AI-driven healthcare technologies
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales within clinical genomics or a related field
· Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable engaging with clinicians and scientists
· Ability to learn complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly
