About the Role
White Cup's Sales Assistant provides operational and administrative support to the direct Sales team. By handling key sales-related tasks, this role enables the sales team to focus on advancing deals through the sales cycle and closing business.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting a fast-paced, remote SaaS sales environment.
What You’ll Do
Assist with lead management, data entry, and customer/prospect record updates in HubSpot.
Help maintain accurate tracking of sales activities, contacts, follow-ups, and related information.
Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, demos, customer calls, and follow-up activities using Zoom and other tools.
Prepare and organize sales presentations, proposals, reports, and related materials using Microsoft Office.
Maintain organized digital files, templates, and sales documentation.
Coordinate routine communications between sales team members, prospects, customers, and internal teams.
Help track sales tasks, deadlines, and deliverables so follow-up items are completed timely.
Assist with administrative support for sales events, trade shows, customer meetings, and post-event follow-up activities.
Identify opportunities to improve organization, documentation, and administrative processes.
Record all time worked and obtain advance approval for overtime when practical.
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in a sales support, administrative support, customer support, or related coordination role in a SaaS, software, technology, or B2B sales environment.
Experience with HubSpot (preferred) or a similar CRM system.
Advanced knowledge of Zoom for meeting coordination and virtual collaboration.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
