We’re looking for a dynamic Sales & Service Executives who thrives in the pharmaceutical ecosystem and understands the impact of precision, compliance, and customer success.
This is a dual-role opportunity where you will:
• Drive sales of high-end scientific and analytical instruments to pharma, biotech, CROs, and research labs.
• Lead technical service, installation, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and ensure our systems run flawlessly at customer sites.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
🛒 Sales (50%)
• Identify, nurture, and close opportunities across pharmaceutical manufacturing and R&D.
• Present and demonstrate advanced lab automation and analytical equipment to customers.
• Build relationships with QA/QC heads, production managers, R&D teams, and facility heads.
• Manage complete sales cycle: requirement understanding → proposal → negotiation → closure.
• Work closely with management to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
🛠️ Service & Technical Support (50%
) • Install and commission fully automated scientific instruments at customer sites
. • Perform IQ, OQ, PQ, calibration, and documentation as per pharma compliance requirements
. • Train customer teams for smooth instrument operation
. • Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and technical support
. • Maintain detailed service logs and compliance reports

🎯 What We Expect From Yo
u • Diploma/Degree in Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechanical / Biotechnology / Life Sciences
. • 1–5 years of experience in scientific equipment, analytical instruments, or pharma automation
. • Understanding of pharma workflows, GxP, and validation documentation
. • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
. • Ability to handle field-based tasks, installations, and technical challenges independently
. • Willingness to travel extensively across India (60–70%)
