Role Description
We’re seeking a Sales and Operations Manager to drive our sales efforts and ensure smooth business operations. You’ll identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and manage our operations to support project delivery excellence. The ideal candidate has strong sales and business management acumen with proven B2B consulting experience, preferably in transportation, infrastructure, or data analytics sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development: Develop sales strategy, identify new opportunities with government and private sector clients, manage the sales cycle, and prepare compelling proposals for data analytics and traffic engineering solutions.
Operations: Streamline business processes, manage vendor relationships, implement business systems and CRM tools, manage budgets, and ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven B2B sales and/or operations management experience, ideally in consulting. Minimum 5 Years in Management
• Strong understanding of sales principles and consulting business models
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Engineering background is a significant advantage
• Understanding of transportation, data analytics, or traffic engineering is highly valued
