About the Role

We are seeking a Sales cum Designer who will play a dual role in driving business through interior sales while also contributing to design excellence. The ideal candidate will combine strong design skills with the ability to convert client requirements into customized interior solutions that deliver both aesthetics and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their interior requirements and lifestyle preferences.
• Translate client needs into design concepts and workable layouts.
• Prepare detailed design proposals using SketchUp, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
• Drive sales conversations by presenting design concepts and demonstrating value propositions.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure design intent is translated into execution.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and innovative design solutions.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design with proven sales capability.
• Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD; knowledge of Prolance & IMOS will be a strong advantage.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to influence client decision-making.
