Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Agent role based in Bangladesh.The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales of 4tify’s innovative fabric technologies. The role includes conducting client meetings, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Additionally, the Sales Agent will collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with the company’s goals and provide valuable market insights.

Qualifications

Outstanding Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide solutions to their needs.
Proven Sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive market.
Experience or knowledge in the Insurance and fabric technology sectors is a plus.
Proficiency in Training others or supporting team members to optimize sales techniques and strategies.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with textile or fashion industries is advantageous.
