📍Location: Bogotá, Colombia

Join Our Team at DNA GTx Lab Colombia!

We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Professional with a solid background in Health Sciences and a proven record in B2B sales to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of promoting and commercializing our innovative range of medical products, developing long-term relationships with healthcare providers across Bogotá and surrounding areas.

🔹Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential healthcare clients (clinics, hospitals, laboratories, etc.) and generate interest in our products and services.
Build and manage lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct product presentations, showcasing benefits and competitive advantages.
Negotiate and close sales to meet and exceed sales targets.
Provide comprehensive post-sales technical and commercial support.
Represent DNA GTx Lab at industry events, congresses, and trade shows.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.

🔹Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or related fields (Master’s in Medical Sciences is a plus).
Knowledge of Genetics (Next-Generation Sequencing – NGS) and Regenerative Medicine using stem cells.
Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience with strong target achievement.
At least 5 years of experience in Life Sciences, Clinical Laboratory, or Healthcare industries.
Proactive, independent, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent customer service orientation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Highly motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented.
English level: B2 (mandatory).
