**Job Summary / Purpose:**Responsible for supporting NSW’s recurring revenue operations through accurate order coordination and effective management of support package renewals. The role ensures timely processing of customer orders, disciplined renewal tracking, and responsive customer coordination to maintain service continuity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Recurring Sales Order Support

• Process and manage incoming repeat / consumable orders from customers
• Prepare quotations and sales order documentation accurately
• Ensure completeness and correctness of order details prior to submission
• Track order status and coordinate delivery timelines with internal teams

Support Package Renewal Management

• Maintain and update database of all active support contracts
• Track contract expiry and initiate renewal process
• Prepare renewal quotations in accordance with approved pricing structure
• Follow up with customers to secure renewal before expiry
• Coordinate with service/engineering team for scope clarification
• Escalate any renewal risk or potential lapse to superior

Order Coordination

• Coordinate with Operations, Production, and Logistics for order fulfilment
• Monitor order progress and update customers on delivery status
• Ensure proper documentation and record accuracy in ERP system

Customer Coordination

• Act as primary contact for order status and support renewal coordination
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Escalate technical or commercial issues to relevant teams

Internal Coordination

• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution
• Ensure clear communication of customer requirements and order details

Requirements:

• At least 3 years' experience in sales administration, order processing, or customer service in manufacturing / engineering environment
• Strong coordination and follow-up discipline (especially for renewal tracking)
• High attention to detail, good communication and interpersonal skill
• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage
• Capable of speaking Chinese to deal with clients from China/Taiwan
• Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or Engineering-related field
