What You'll Do:

• Develop and manage relationships with medical spas, wellness centers, aesthetic practices, dermatology clinics, and luxury skincare retailers
• Present and demonstrate our wellness genomic testing platform (skin care, diet) to practice owners, medical directors, and spa managers
• Establish referral partnerships for our professional dietary counseling services delivered by nutritionists
• Generate new business through your existing network and strategic prospecting in the aesthetic and wellness industry
• Provide consultative education on how genomic testing and personalized nutrition enhance treatment outcomes and client retention
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure seamless client onboarding and support
• Achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the aesthetic medicine sector

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• High-end cosmetics and skincare brands (medical-grade, luxury, professional lines)
• Medical spas and aesthetic clinics

• Regenerative medicine or anti-aging medicine

Requirements:

• Proven B2B sales experience with quantifiable track record in aesthetic medicine, medical spa, wellness, or premium skincare industries
• Established network of relationships with wellness centers, medical spas, aesthetic practices, dermatology clinics, or luxury skincare professionals
• Strong understanding of the aesthetic medicine landscape and business models
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Self-motivated entrepreneur mindset with ability to work independently and manage sales pipeline
• Comfortable with technology and learning new scientific concepts
• Passion for innovative healthcare solutions and women's wellness
• Experience with genetic testing, diagnostics, or healthcare technology helpful but not required

Compensation Structure:

This is a 100% commission-based role with no base salary. Earnings are directly tied to your sales performance across both genetic testing products and nutrition counseling referral partnerships. This opportunity is ideal for entrepreneurial sales professionals who thrive on performance-based compensation and want to build recurring revenue streams. Top performers can build $75K-$150K+ annual income, with potential to exceed based on territory and network.

Location:

Remote position with travel to client sites and industry events. Currently hiring in: New Jersey, Florida, Texas, Arizona, and Georgia.
