Sales & Account Manager – Robotican

Role Overview:

Robotican, a leader in autonomous robotic systems for air and ground missions, is looking for a results-driven Sales & Account Manager . In this role, you will be the driving force behind our global and domestic expansion. You will manage the entire sales lifecycle—from hunting for new opportunities and qualifying leads to nurturing long-term strategic partnerships within the Defense, HLS (Homeland Security), and Research sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development (Hunting): Proactively identify and engage new prospects through cold and warm leads. Target clients include defense organizations, government agencies, and Tier-1 security integrators.
Strategic Account Management (Farming): Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Global Market Expansion: Execute sales strategies across international markets, manage global distributors, and represent Robotican at prestigious international exhibitions and conferences.
End-to-End Sales Management: Lead the sales process from initial contact to closing, including drafting proposals, responding to complex RFPs/RFIs, and negotiating contracts.
Field Demonstrations: Coordinate and lead live field demonstrations of our flagship platforms to showcase operational value to stakeholders.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging mission requirements to provide feedback to the R&D and Product teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Position Details:

Location: Omer Industrial Park (South District)
Full-time position

Availability: Up to travel internationally (approx. 30%-40%) and conduct field work across Israel.

Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B or B2G sales within the defense, aerospace, or robotics industries.

Language Skills: Excellent English (written and verbal) – Crucial . Native - Hebrew. Additional languages (Spanish, French, or German) are a significant advantage.

Technical Aptitude: Ability to master and articulate complex autonomous technologies and explain their operational benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences.

"Hunter" Mentality: A self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a passion for closing deals.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

Solution Selling: Experience in selling comprehensive operational solutions rather than just "off-the-shelf" hardware.

Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with defense procurement processes and export regulations (e.g., DECA/API) significant advantage.

CRM Proficiency: Experience working with CRM tools (like Monday) to manage a data-driven sales pipeline significant advantage.

Independence: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic SME (Small to Medium Enterprise) environment.
