Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Safety Analyst position based in Washington, DC. The Safety Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and interpreting safety data from our system, ensuring compliance with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) standards. Daily tasks include analyzing safety-related incidents, preparing detailed reports, training employees on safety practices, and providing recommendations to improve workplace conditions. The role also involves effective communication and collaboration with multiple departments to enhance overall safety protocols.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to assess data trends and identify potential risks
Excellent communication and training capabilities to educate teams on safety protocols
Knowledge of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and practices
Understanding of occupational health and safety standards
Proficiency in using analytics software or tools is a plus
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to workplace safety improvements
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in a safety or compliance role is advantageous
