RPA Design & Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath , Automation Anywhere , or Blue Prism .
• Build reusable components, frameworks, and libraries to accelerate automation development.
• Convert business requirements into detailed technical designs and automation workflows.

2. Process Automation & Optimization

• Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Conduct feasibility studies and recommend best-fit RPA solutions.
• Optimize workflows for performance, maintainability, and scalability.

3. Deployment & Production Support

• Perform end-to-end bot testing, including UAT, integration, and regression testing.
• Deploy bots into production and monitor automation performance.
• Troubleshoot issues, address bot failures, and implement enhancements as needed.

4. Documentation & Governance

• Create detailed process documentation, PDDs, SDDs, and user guides.
• Ensure adherence to RPA governance, security, compliance, and coding standards.
• Maintain version control and proper documentation for all automation assets.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with business SMEs to understand requirements and validate outputs.
• Collaborate with IT, QA, and platform teams to ensure smooth automation delivery.
• Provide training and support to business teams adopting RPA solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development (UiPath/AA/Blue Prism).
