Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join our team in the Tampa, Florida area. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, crews, and subcontractors, managing project timelines, resources, and financials.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of commercial roofing projects, including material procurement, crew scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and enforce strict safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, process change orders, and provide regular financial reporting to senior management.
• Serve as the main liaison between the client, field staff, and office, ensuring clear communication and resolving any issues that arise promptly.
• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contract documents to ensure accurate project execution and successful closeout.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial roofing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of various commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, etc.).
• Strong understanding of construction project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites within a 50-mile radius of Tampa.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification.
