STEMLearn.AI, founded by IIT/IIM alumni, is a fast-growing EdTech initiative empowering schools with 21st-century skills in Robotics, AI, and STEM education. Our mission is to deliver hands-on learning experiences for students and upskill teachers for effective STEM delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct teacher workshops on robotics and STEM curriculum.
2. Organize and deliver interactive webinars and seminars to upskill educators.
3. Demonstrate robotics kits, tools, and projects for classroom integration.
4. Mentor and guide teachers on effective STEM pedagogy and hands-on learning activities.
5. Collaborate with school management and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of workshops.
6. Collect feedback from sessions and suggest improvements to enhance impact.
7. Travel to partner schools in Vadodara and nearby areas as required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Must be an Engineering graduate (B.E./B.Tech in Robotics, Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, or related fields).
2. Strong knowledge of Robotics, Electronics, and STEM concepts.
3. Prior experience in teacher workshops, training, or webinars is highly desirable.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
5. Must know Gujarati for effective communication with teachers.
6. Must have own laptop for training and online sessions.
7. Passionate about educational empowerment and STEM learning.
8. Willingness to travel frequently within Vadodara and nearby schools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
