We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Robotics Support Engineer
to handle robot deployment, technical support, maintenance, repair, and training for our autonomous cleaning robots.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of Sparkoz autonomous robot operation, service procedures, and technical requirements.
- Lead robot deployment, on-site setup, commissioning, and demonstrations based on project needs.
- Provide product and technical training to partners, distributors, and end customers.
- Deliver L2 technical support, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
- Create troubleshooting guides, technical documentation, and knowledge-base materials based on real field issues.
- Support robot inventory, spare parts management, and project-related shipments.
- Participate in field testing to validate new features, firmware updates, and performance improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional partners and gather customer feedback to support continuous product enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, robotics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Solid experience in technical support or field service, ideally within robotics, automation, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of autonomous robotic systems, sensors, and navigation technologies.
- Hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing electronic devices or complex equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver clear and effective technical training.
- Strong communication skills for working with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel as needed for deployments and customer support.
