Our systems use camera and LiDAR data to detect, classify, and track objects while estimating their size, position, and distance from the vehicle. The Career Opportunity

Correct-AI is seeking a Robotics and Software Engineer to join our core engineering team. Reporting to the Director of Technology, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing, integrating, and deploying perception-driven robotics software, supporting real-world system installations, and contributing to the continuous improvement of Correct-AI’s products.

This role blends hands-on robotics development with field deployment and customer interaction, offering direct exposure to production systems operating on real vehicles and machinery.

Key Accountabilities

Design, develop, and maintain robotics and perception software using camera and LiDAR sensor data.
Implement and improve object detection, classification, tracking, and distance estimation pipelines.

Minimum Requirements

Degree or diploma in Robotics Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
2+ years of experience in robotics software, autonomous systems, embedded software, or related engineering roles.
Proficiency in Python development and strong experience working in Linux-based environments.

Robotics & Systems Thinking: Ability to design and reason about integrated perception and vehicle systems.
Software Engineering: Strong Python skills with experience debugging and maintaining production software.
Hands-On Development: Comfortable working directly with sensors, embedded platforms, and vehicles.
Customer-Aware Engineering: Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for operators and technicians.
Adaptability & Agility: Thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving product and customer requirements.
