Robotics Deployment & Support Engineer

Location: Global Remote/On-site Support (Required International Travel to North America & Europe)

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and technically adept Robotics Deployment & Support Engineer to join our team in delivering world-class service for our flagship commercial cleaning robot fleet.

• Global Remote Assistance: Provide immediate, high-quality remote technical support to international clients for robot usage, troubleshooting, and deployment challenges.
• Case Management: Log, track, and ensure the closed-loop resolution of all technical issues using our established ticketing system.
• International On-site Expertise: Must be willing and able to travel frequently to client sites in North America and Europe to lead and execute successful robot deployment, commissioning, and advanced field troubleshooting.
• Deployment & Commissioning: Lead and execute successful robot deployment and commissioning, including advanced mapping and navigation setup.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex application-level issues encountered by commercial robots in the field.
• Technical Training: Conduct comprehensive technical training for clients and dealer service teams .
• Documentation: Develop and maintain high-quality user manuals, tutorials, and comprehensive, all-at-once troubleshooting guides.
