Position Overview:
TerraForce is seeking a highly motivated Agricultural or Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team. This role involves the design, development, and integration of mechanical and agricultural systems into advanced robotic farming platforms. Preference will be given to applicants with direct, non-academic on-farm experience .
A bachelor's degree or higher from an ABET-accredited institution is required . While applicants with degrees in technology fields will be welcome to apply to future openings, candidates with technology or engineering technology degrees will not be considered for this position.
This role requires a hands-on mindset and a solid foundation in both mechanical and agricultural systems. Ideal candidates will demonstrate technical competency, practical experience, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
