CynLr is a robotics startup focused on developing a universal factory concept where a single robot, CyRo, can perform multiple manufacturing tasks by intuitively grasping and manipulating any object without pre-training. Their core technology, CLX1, is an intelligence stack that acts as a vision platform, enabling machines to 'see' and interact with objects in any environment, adapting to lighting variations and identifying reflective parts. This system aims to replace traditional sensor fusion by offering a unified vision platform that perceives motion, depth, and color simultaneously. CynLr's approach to object manipulation allows robots to learn and re-orient objects based on shape and color, and make precise, oriented placements. The company emphasizes that 'team is the tech,' highlighting the importance of organizational interaction in product development. CynLr has expanded its global presence by opening a design and research center in Switzerland.

About CynLr SA
As a foundational technology building company in Robotics & AI, CynLr builds visual robots that can intuitively learn to pick & handle even unknown objects without requiring any prior training , just like a human baby fiddling with objects. CynLr calls this stack Object Intelligence (OI).
From fitting a screw to removing object out of its the plastic wrapper to automating the assembly of a car/gadget - every such object handling task that involve y" is not prior trainable & thereby remains non-automatable across the industries. Wi y, CynLr’s focus is to universally automate factories and eliminate the need for complicated custom machines to manufacture products. Thereby simplifying manufacturing int o Universal Factories, which can be programmatically repurposed to produce a wide variety of Products
.
CynLr envisions the future factori es to be decentralised, micro factories (not the Giga Factories ) that could rather be hosted in your street-ends; opening up the possibility of Personalised Products – liberating design of products from the constraints of manufacturabilit y.
A s a Robotics Engineering Int ern at CynLr SA, you will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of our advanced robotic syst ems, specifically supporting the integration and control of CyRo, our multi-arm, dextero us, vision-guided robotic platform . This internship offers an opportunity to work on real-world projects, learning from experienced engineers, and start a career towards making a tangible impact in the field of robotic automation, in real-time.
