Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Robotics & Controls Engineer to join our team at AAtek - Agile Automation Technology Team. In this role, you will be responsible for Design, develop, and implement Robotics & PLC control systems for industrial automation projects. If you have a passion for innovation and a strong background in engineering, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of robotics technology and principles.
Proficient in using tools and equipment for repairing and maintaining robotic systems.
Design, develop, and implement Robotics & PLC control systems for industrial automation projects.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Robotics & PLC system designs, schematics, and user manuals.
Conduct site visits to commission, test, and troubleshoot Robotics & Control systems.
Analyse system performance and implement modifications to optimize efficiency and reliability.
Monitor and maintain robotic systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Robotics & PLC programming
Proficiency in PLC programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Function Block, and Structured Text.
Experience with PLC platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, & Mitsubishi like and other engineering tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
