Role Overview The Risk & Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s overall risk management and regulatory compliance functions. This role ensures that all business activities, products, and operations comply with applicable laws, OJK regulations, and internal policies. The manager will lead the implementation of risk frameworks, monitor emerging regulatory requirements, drive AML–CFT compliance, and provide guidance to cross-functional teams. This position plays a critical role in safeguarding the organization, reducing exposure to operational and regulatory risks, and maintaining a strong culture of compliance.
