Profilo ricercato
Stiamo cercando una figura commerciale part-time focalizzata su:
1) Gestione contatti esistenti (B2B warm leads)
Ricontattare via email, telefono, chat
Mantenere viva la relazione con rivenditori già registrati o contattati in passato
Messaggi brevi e utili (es. ricordiamo l’azienda, novità prodotti, offerte, consigli d’acquisto, link a listini o articoli rilevanti)
Scopo: riattivare interesse senza pressione, facilitare ordini e registrazioni.
2) Ricerca e acquisizione nuovi clienti B2B
Identificare nuove aziende/rivenditori potenziali
Primo contatto commerciale
Far registrare nuovi clienti sul portale per accesso ai prezzi riservati
Obiettivo: numero minimo di registrazioni al mese Preferiamo chi ha già esperienza in call center B2B o attività commerciale telefonica, ma valutiamo anche profili junior con voglia di imparare e attitudine proattiva.
Inquadramento & Compenso
Tirocinio part-time di 6 mesi, rinnovabile per altri 6
Obiettivo minimo mensile (fatturato + registrazioni)
Compenso base indicativo: 600–700€ / mese (che comprende il minimo da raggiungere)
Bonus su risultati extra
Dopo 1 anno di tirocinio con performance idonea → possibilità di contratto stabile
Se nei primi 2 mesi non vengono raggiunti gli obiettivi minimi, la collaborazione viene rivalutata.Con esperienza e confidenza con i clienti B2B, questi target sono realisticamente raggiungibili.
