About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Hardware Engineer with expertise in High Frequency RF EVB circuit and PCB design to join our R&D team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end hardware development for High Frequency RF EVB — from schematic and PCB design to prototyping, validation, and mass production. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in driving innovative hardware solutions into market-ready products.

Job Responsibilities

• Design RF circuits: component selection, schematic capture, PCB layout, assembly, testing, and debugging
• Lead multiple development phases including simulation, prototyping, validation, and transition to high-volume manufacturing
• Research and evaluate electronic components for RF hardware design
• Perform schematic design, PCB routing, and simulation
• Build and validate prototypes, ensuring hardware performance meets requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• 4+ years of hands-on system-level hardware design experience (circuit design, bring-up, integration, debugging)
• Strong knowledge of the full hardware design flow: schematic, PCB layout, simulation, and validation
• Proficiency with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading full product development cycles (schematic, PCB layout, assembly, validation)
• Expertise in high-speed signal design
