Key Responsibilities

• Design RF systems to feed RF array walls to simulate realtime targets and backgrounds.
• Develop and validate RF simulation models using tools like HFSS, CST, or MATLAB
• Collaborate with systems engineers to integrate RF components into broader architectures
• Conduct performance analysis, path loss modeling, Noise analysis.
• Support testing and troubleshooting of RF subsystems and simulation environments
• Document technical specifications, design decisions, and validation results
• Lead the integration of RF hardware, including amplifiers, filters, switches, and antennas, into complex test setups.
• Collaborate directly with customers to support RF design and development activities and participate in technical reviews

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in RF engineering, with a focus on antenna arrays, RF circuit design, or electromagnetic simulation.
• Strong grasp of electromagnetic/antenna theory and Radars and RF Signatures.
• Experience with Antenna Array Walls, RF Test and measurement, RF Circuit Design.
• Familiarity with hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) testing and RF lab instrumentation (e.g., VNAs, spectrum analyzers).
• Excellent documentation and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline.
• U.S. citizenship with an active SECRET clearance (or ability to obtain one), and eligibility for TOP SECRET upgrade.

Preferred Qualifications

• Have foundational knowledge of signal processing algorithms to support RF system analysis, test design, and performance optimization in HITL environments.
• Familiarity with Python, MATLAB, C++, and radar cross-section modeling

Security Clearance Ability to obtain and hold a SECRET security clearance. Must be eligible for upgrade to TOP SECRET.
