We're looking for a — a rare operator-builder who sits at the intersection of sales, customer success, product, and data. You'll own the revenue tech stack, architect the systems that make our go-to-market teams faster and smarter, and ship AI-powered tooling to eliminate the manual work holding us back.

This isn't a pure analyst role or a pure engineering role — it's both, and that's exactly the point. You won't just build automations — you'll own the full loop from problem discovery, to system design, to deployed solution, to ongoing data integrity.
Own and optimize the revenue tech stack end-to-end
Manage CRM architecture, data hygiene, and pipeline integrity
Define and enforce lead-to-cash process standards
Build reporting and dashboards that drive decisions
Run territory, quota, and compensation modeling support
Align Sales, CS, and Marketing on shared metrics and definitions
️ Pillar 2 — GTM Engineering
Identify friction across the commercial funnel and build solutions
Design and ship internal tools for Sales, CS, and Ops teams
Build AI-assisted workflows — proposals, health scoring, outreach
Own integrations across CRM, support, billing, and data platforms
Partner with Product to translate commercial needs into roadmap inputs
Prototype fast, ship clean, iterate continuously

The pay range for this role is:
120,000 - 140,000 USD per year(Uplinq)
