About The Role Following our successful expansion into the U.S. and continued growth across Europe, we are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to help build and scale our commercial engine.
As our RevOps Manager, you'll be a critical member of our commercial team, responsible for designing the systems, data, and processes that allow our Sales, Marketing, and Clinical Solutions teams to compound output as we scale. This is a high-impact, builder role at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution - sitting close to leadership and shaping how Biorce sells into biopharma worldwide.
Who We're Looking For A commercially sharp operator who thinks in funnels, conversion rates, and unit economics - and who gets excited about building the "sales engine" from the ground up. Someone equally comfortable in a spreadsheet, a CRM schema, and a CRO RFP. This person should thrive with autonomy, treat the GTM org as a product they're shipping, and use AI natively to compress the work of an entire team into themselves.
