About The Position The Revenue Operations Associate is an ops generalist with a focus on enablement who helps our revenue team ramp faster, execute more consistently, and operate with clearer processes and tools. This role will own key sales enablement building blocks—onboarding playbooks, enablement content consolidation, and asset management—while also providing day-to-day HubSpot/RevOps support and assisting with CRM reporting and workflow improvements as we scale SMB and DSO motions.
Reporting to our Revenue Operations Manager, yYou’ll sit at the intersection of Sales Enablement and Revenue Operations: making sure our customer-facing teams have the right materials, training, and processes to succeed, and that the systems behind them are accurate and easy to use. This is a cross functional role working closely with Sales, Marketing, BD/Partnerships, Customer Success, and Finance.
