We’re hiring: Revenue Execution Lead (Hybrid – Onsite Required)

At PITZ , this is not a support role.

This is a hands-on execution role inside Revenue Operations.

This is a hybrid role , but regular in-office presence is mandatory .

If you’re not willing to show up, this role is not for you .

What you’ll do

Execute customer onboarding end-to-end
Make sure every customer gets activated properly
Respond to customers quickly and clearly
Operate RevOps workflows (CRM, automations, playbooks)
Keep data clean and execution tight
Identify issues early and escalate with context
Automate repetitive CX / RevOps tasks
Ensure processes actually run, every day

This role is about execution, follow-through, and ownership .

How success is measured

Onboarding completion and speed
Activation rate (real usage, not logins)
Response time and resolution quality
Process compliance
Reduction of manual work through automation
Signal quality for RevOps and Product

This role is for you if
