**Restaurant General Manager – Ghost Kitchen Operations
Location: DFW International Airport Area
Compensation: $62,000 – $65,000 + Bonus**
An established airport hospitality management company is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily operations for a multi-concept ghost kitchen serving airport employees at DFW International Airport. This is a unique, behind-the-scenes opportunity to lead a fast-paced, high-volume operation supporting multiple recognizable restaurant brands.
About the Opportunity
This role is responsible for managing all aspects of kitchen and service operations across several quick-service restaurant concepts under one roof. The ideal candidate is a strong operator who thrives on efficiency, teamwork, and consistency. You’ll lead a team that delivers high-quality food with speed and precision, ensuring operational excellence and outstanding service for the airport community.
Key Responsibilities
· Direct and coordinate all day-to-day kitchen and service operations.
· Lead, train, and schedule front- and back-of-house staff for multiple food concepts.
· Maintain food quality, presentation, and service standards across all brands.
· Oversee cost controls, purchasing, and inventory management to achieve profit goals.
· Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and airport operational regulations.
· Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in sales, labor, and food costs.
· Build a positive and productive team culture focused on retention and engagement.
What We’re Looking For
· 3+ years of restaurant management experience, ideally in multi-brand or QSR operations.
· Strong leadership skills with a focus on people development and accountability.
· Proven success managing labor, inventory, and operational costs in a high-volume setting.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
· Must be able to meet airport security and background clearance requirements.
· ServSafe Certification preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
· $62,000 – $65,000 base salary + performance-based bonus
