L'Équipe et le Contexte

Vous rejoindrez une équipe organisée en deux flux stratégiques:

Loyalty : Gestion des programmes de fidélité et des mécaniques promotionnelles complexes à l'échelle mondiale.
Quotation : Valorisation des transactions omnicanales (prix, taxes, remises) en devises locales.

L'équipe fonctionne en totale autonomie, de la conception technique à la mise en production, suivant une méthodologie Scrum avec des itérations de deux semaines. Elle accompagne de nombreuses Business Units internationales.

Vos Missions

En tant que garant de la stabilité et de l'amélioration de nos solutions, vos responsabilités s'articulent autour de plusieurs axes :

Pilotage de la Qualité de Service (QoS) : Vous êtes le garant de la disponibilité des applications (SRE) et du suivi des Critical User Journeys (CUJ).

Profil Recherché

Compétences Techniques :

Datadog, BigQuery, Postman, MongoDB.
Des connaissances sur ServiceNow ou Terraform sont un plus.
La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable pour évoluer dans notre contexte international.
