Key Responsibilities
- Assist the team leader in formulating research strategies for the science and innovation ecosystem, focusing on innovation incubation systems, technology venture models, and the analysis of regional science and innovation policy environments.
- Conduct in-depth research on various aspects of the technology startup ecosystem, including: incubation models for early-stage technology projects, growth paths for hard-tech startup teams, industry-university-research collaborative innovation mechanisms, and capacity-building systems for entrepreneurs.
- Research development trends in innovation and entrepreneurship education, analyzing models for cultivating sci-tech innovation talent, entrepreneurship education curriculum systems, and practical teaching methods, providing references for the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
- Monitor and analyze regional policies and industry trends, focusing on the impact of support policies for science and innovation, education innovation policies, and talent policies on technology ventures and innovation & entrepreneurship education.
- Write high-quality research reports to provide data support and theoretical foundations for disseminating science and innovation concepts, improving the innovation & entrepreneurship education system, and developing entrepreneur training programs.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher; preference given to majors in Innovation Management, Science & Technology Policy, Industrial Economics, Engineering Management, or related fields.
- Strong interest and deep thinking regarding technology startups, hard-tech industrialization, and innovation & entrepreneurship education; preference given to those familiar with startup ecosystem operations and educational innovation models.
