We are seeking a highly accomplished Research Manager in AI/ML to lead cutting-edge research initiatives and drive innovation at the intersection of academia and industry. The ideal candidate will hold a PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field , with a strong record of peer-reviewed publications and demonstrated experience translating research into real-world impact.

This role requires both deep technical expertise and research leadership , with the ability to guide teams and define research strategy to oversee publication of manuscripts that align with the target conference/journal objectives.

Required Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
• Strong academic research background with publications in reputed venues and peer-reviewed journals
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Experience with 3 or more of the following domains:

• AI/ML and Programming
• LLMs, NLP, and Applied AI
• Systems Architecture & Integration
• Cloud, Data & Infrastructure
• Experimentation, Safety & Governance
• Software Engineering & DevOps

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on ML for code (e.g., CodeBERT, GraphCodeBERT).
• Background in enterprise AI deployment and production-scale systems.
• Prior experience in interdisciplinary or industry-academic collaborations.
