Your day to day In one sentence: Create the most powerful ensemble of LLMs into lovable products.

You will:

• Identify and update the most important metrics to optimize from a product perspective
• Collaborate with fellow engineering leaders to build a world-class team of brilliant, ambitious people
• Design, run and analyze experiments grounded in real-world coding and product use cases
• Develop and maintain training pipelines, distillation workflows, and synthetic data generating systems
• Work closely with infra and product engineers to scale training efforts and ship results
