What We Expect You to Bring:

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field at the Bachelor's or Master's level.
2. Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with deep learning libraries such as PyTorch and HuggingFace – essential skills to hit the ground running.
3. Strong experience working with raw datasets, including data cleaning, preprocessing, exploratory analysis, data structuring, etc.
4. In-depth knowledge of NLP concepts and techniques, with the ability to implement state-of-the-art research works in Clinical NLP.
5. Self-motivation and dedication to making an impact through your work.
6. Curiosity to work in a domain-specific Machine Learning environment.

We Definitely Want You If You Have:

1. Experience training Large Language Models like BERT, GPT, Llama, etc.
2. Worked on prompt engineering, information retrieval, or retrieval-augmented generation.
3. Contributed to open-source deep learning/machine learning-related projects.

What You Will Be Doing:

1. Training and Evaluating Large Language Models that are tuned for specific use case and domain.
2. Preparing datasets and running exploratory data analysis to use them for model development.
3. Reading and understanding recent clinical NLP research papers, implementation and benchmarking those work on proprietary and public datasets.
4. Documenting your work and writing research reports and publishing them in high-impact venues for healthcare AI and NLP.
