Role Description

This full-time, on-site Research Associate position is based in Chennai. The Research Associate will be responsible for conducting experiments, analyzing data, and preparing research reports. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, contributing to research and development projects, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines while working on cutting-edge healthcare diagnostic technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and data analysis skills, including experience with statistical tools.
• Proven expertise in research methodologies, experiment design, and implementation.
• Ability to prepare detailed research reports and documentation accurately.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration within interdisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of optoelectronics or healthcare diagnostics is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Life Sciences, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work methodically under deadlines.
