We are an early-stage biotech startup based at the BioInnovation Institute (BII) in the beautiful city of Copenhagen. Our aim is to transform personalized medicine with innovative spatial proteomics . Using our cutting-edge platform, we can study spatial protein expression at the cellular level, providing novel insights into health and disease. We will enable data-driven personalized therapies that radically improve patient outcomes. Curious? The Role
As a Mass Spectrometry Specialist / Research Associate you will run and maintain high-throughput mass spectrometry workflows and ensure stable, continuous data generation. You will work with precious human biobank tissue samples, including laser microdissected formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) material containing limited cell numbers. The position is hands-on, instrument-focused, and operates under established SOPs to support operations and R&D.
You will work daily with state-of-the-art mass spectrometers, nanoLC systems, and automated sample preparation.
