About Sail: Sail Biomedicines is pioneering the integrative design and deployment of fully programmable medicines to transform patient care. Sail’s platform combines first-in-class programmable circular RNA technology (Endless RNA™ or eRNA), and an industry-leading platform of programmable nanoparticles, utilizing natural components, to unlock comprehensive programming of medicines for the first time. By leveraging cutting-edge eRNA and nanoparticle deployment technology, Sail is also making unparalleled use of AI techniques to identify and design fully programmable medicines that are potent, targeted, versatile, and tunable. Sail was founded by Flagship Pioneering.
The Role: Sail Biomedicines is seeking a motivated Research Associate to join our In Vivo Pharmacology team. This lab-based, onsite role will support the execution of preclinical rodent studies and generate high-quality in vivo data to advance discovery and development programs.
The ideal candidate is a strong hands-on experimentalist with demonstrated technical efficiency in conducting rodent studies, including dosing, sample collection, necropsy, and tissue processing. In addition to strong technical execution, this individual should have a clear interest in understanding how in vivo pharmacology data informs project decisions, including compound profiling, PK/PD relationships, and overall program progression. This role is well suited for someone who thrives at the bench, works with precision and urgency, and wants to connect excellent study execution to broader scientific impact.
