About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Remote Vehicle Inspector / Auto Damage Estimator

to join our team. This is a fully desk-based position

, ideal for someone with a strong background in car auctions or insurance estimating

who is comfortable working on a computer for the majority of the day.

You will analyze vehicle images, prepare estimates, and support a network of inspectors while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience

  in:

Car auction inspections OR

Auto insurance / collision estimating

• Strong expertise in vehicle damage evaluation
• Experience with:

Mitchell

CCC ONE

Audatex

• Comfortable working full-time at a computer / home office setup
• Strong attention to detail and ability to process high volumes

Preferred Qualities

• Highly communicative and social personality
• Leadership mindset — able to mentor and guide inspectors
• Strong sense of ownership and company success focus
• Organized and disciplined in a remote work environment
• Comfortable managing multiple cases simultaneously
