Currently, autism support via Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is difficult to access and the delivery model must be expanded to provide earlier access to families.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Forta is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to join our team. The CBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record behavioral data
• Assist in skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families

Skills and Qualifications:

• Current Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $22 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week

Schedule:

• Evenings as needed
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
