What the job involves

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the Pacific Northwest territory
You’ll work closely with the engineering and product teams to understand customer needs and translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions
Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, integrators, and channel partners
Understand customer challenges and align them with our robotics solutions
Lead the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing
Collaborate with the technical team to tailor demos, proposals, and solutions for each customer
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Provide market insights and feedback to inform product development and strategy
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
