At Microavia, we are currently seeking a
dynamic and results-driven experienced Sales Manager
to drive the growth of our
B2B and B2G
sales across
Europe
. This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative company at the forefront of drone technology and lead our business development efforts in a key strategic region.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications & Experience:
5–10 years of proven experience in B2G and B2B sales, preferably within the technology, aerospace, defense, or security sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or Business, or Marketing, or a related field.
Fluency in
and English
is required. Additional language like Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.
Strong understanding of the Europe business environment and experience working across the region.
In-depth knowledge of the drone industry or related technology fields is a strong advantage.

Madrid, Spain (on-site operations across Spain and Europe)
Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel within the region and/or to Dubai as needed

Candidate Requirement:
English fluency (written and spoken) is required

Offer Preparation and Contract Negotiation:
Prepare tailored offers and negotiate terms that align with both client needs and company objectives.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, marketing, support) to ensure customer feedback is integrated into our product development roadmap and overall strategy.
Reporting and Forecasting:
Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, pipeline development, and strategic insights.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
