What the job involves
Resolve AI is looking for a Regional Sales Director to lead our Commercial segment
This role will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on mid-market and commercial customers, driving predictable revenue growth, and establishing a scalable sales motion for this segment
You will own the strategy and execution for commercial sales, partnering closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to grow pipeline, improve conversion, and expand our customer base
You will build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of commercial Account Executives, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
You will be responsible for the strategy and execution of the commercial sales segment, ensuring the team consistently achieves quarterly and annual revenue targets
You will partner with Revenue Operations to establish strong pipeline management, forecasting discipline, and performance metrics that support predictable growth
You will recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent as the commercial team grows, while providing ongoing mentorship and coaching to help team members reach their full potential
You will work closely with Marketing to drive demand generation initiatives that increase high-quality pipeline within the commercial segment
You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to share customer insights and help inform product direction based on real customer needs
You will partner with Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition from sale to onboarding while identifying opportunities for long-term customer growth and expansion
You will contribute to broader go-to-market planning by helping define how Resolve AI scales its commercial business as the company continues to grow
