Job description
A Regional Sales Director is responsible for driving new business within a region. Their duties include overseeing Business Development Representatives and creating strategies to help each region achieve its sales goals.
Responsibilities
Personally responsible for all sales in your assigned territory into the Staffing Market (e.g., Staffing & Recruiting Firms, Corporations, Job Boards and OEM partnerships).
Finding and qualifying leads.
Following sales process and closing business deals in alignment with Daxtra Technologies target markets.
Travel will be required to meet with prospects and customers, attend industry conferences and to visit Daxtra Technologies offices for business meetings.
