Regional Commercial Head – Veterinary Diagnostics, Europe
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Commercial Head with a deep understanding of the Veterinary Diagnostics market in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the Veterinary Diagnostics (IVD) industry, particularly in diagnostic products for veterinary hematology. This role will focus on expanding DYMIND’s presence in Europe, driving sales, and developing strategic partnerships in the veterinary IVD sector. As the Regional Commercial Head, you will leverage your expertise to lead the development of new channels, gather key market intelligence, and execute sales strategies effectively.

Market Expansion:
Identify and develop new regional markets in Europe, promoting DYMIND’s Veterinary Diagnostics (especially Hematology) products to potential distribution channels, veterinary healthcare providers, and end-users.
Agent and Channel Management:
Lead and support regional agents and distributors, ensuring they achieve their sales targets and are aligned with DYMIND’s overall goals.
Market Intelligence:
Collect and analyze market data, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback to shape strategic marketing plans. Represent the company at relevant international exhibitions and conferences.
Sales Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets in the assigned region, focusing on increasing market penetration and brand visibility in the Veterinary Diagnostics space.
Customer Needs & Solutions:
Analyze the unique needs of the local veterinary market and propose tailored diagnostic solutions to address them, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
KOL & Lab Development:
Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), reference labs, and industry influencers to drive product adoption and foster brand loyalty.
Sales Strategy Execution:
Develop and execute strategic plans for new product introductions, promotional activities, and market expansion initiatives within the Veterinary Diagnostics domain.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the Veterinary Diagnostics (IVD) industry, with a proven track record in business development, especially in hematology or related diagnostic fields.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of the Veterinary Diagnostics market in Europe, including key players, market trends, regulations, and customer needs in the veterinary sector.
Business Development Skills:
Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies that drive market growth, product adoption, and customer acquisition in the Veterinary Diagnostics field.
Relationship Building:
Demonstrated success in building strong, long-lasting relationships with distributors, veterinary professionals, and KOLs.
Leadership Ability:
Proven leadership experience, with a track record of driving sales performance and achieving business goals.
Self-Motivation & Results-Oriented:
High self-motivation with a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes. Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Language Skills:
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Basic proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese for communication within the Europe region is required.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
