PowerCred builds software for fintechs and financial institutions to:

In the Philippines, we focus on high-growth fintechs, digital lenders, and smaller institutions where speed matters.

What This Role Actually Requires

You will own end-to-end business development , including:

• Prospecting and identifying fintechs, digital lenders, and financial institutions
• Running outbound (calls, LinkedIn, email) — this doesn’t stop at SDR level
• Owning discovery calls and product positioning
• Understanding client pain points (KYC, fraud, credit automation, ops inefficiencies)
• Driving demo conversations and solution alignment
• Managing pipeline from first touch to closure
• Negotiating and closing deals

Performance Expectations

You will be measured on:

• Qualified pipeline generated
• Revenue closed
• Conversion from meeting → deal
• Sales cycle speed
• Deal size and quality

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5–8+ years in B2B sales / business development
• Strong experience in FinTech / Financial Services / SaaS
• Proven track record of closing deals (not just generating leads)
• Experience selling to founders, CXOs, Risk/Operations leaders
• Strong commercial understanding and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working in a high-speed, high-ownership environment

Strong Advantage

• Experience selling eKYC / fraud / lending / compliance solutions
• Existing network in Philippines fintech ecosystem
• Experience in shorter sales cycles (not enterprise-heavy)
• Hands-on with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
