Role Description

We are hiring Refund Specialists in India with experience supporting Google Ads, Google Play, Google Payments, or gTech, either directly or through a major BPO partner such as Genpact, ,Teleperformance, or similar.

If you have worked on Google Ads Refunds, Google Play Billing Support, Advertiser Credits, Payments / Chargebacks, or Billing Disputes, this role is directly aligned with your background.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and investigate advertiser billing discrepancies and overcharges
• Process refunds, credits, adjustments, and recoverable spend
• Manage refund cases end-to-end with accurate documentation
• Validate advertiser history, logs, and payment records
• Communicate case updates to internal teams and clients
• Follow compliance, risk, and verification workflows
• Escalate systemic issues and patterns of invalid spend
• Work independently in a remote environment with high accuracy

Required Experience

You must have current or past experience in one or more of the following:

Google Workstreams

• Google Ads Support (Billing / Refunds / Credits)
• Google Play Billing Support
• Google Payments / Payments Disputes
• gTech Troubleshooting
• Policy / Appeals / Trust & Safety
• Advertiser Support (USA markets preferred)

OR Google’s BPO Vendor Queues at companies such as Genpact , Teleperformance, or similar.

Roles may include:
