Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Delivery Consultant/Resourcer to join our dynamic team in Maidenhead. This is an exciting opportunity to specialise in the booming Data & Technology sector. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and managing high-calibre candidates for our key clients. While prior recruitment experience is essential, comprehensive training in the data tech market will be provided, setting you up for a successful and lucrative career.

• Competitive base salary £25,000 - £30,000 with an uncapped, transparent commission structure (OTE £45,000).

Key Responsibilities

• Utilise various sourcing methods (job boards, LinkedIn, CRM database, networking) to identify and attract top talent within the data and technology space.
• Conduct initial screening calls to qualify candidates against specific job requirements, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
• Manage the interview process, including scheduling, providing feedback, and handling offer negotiations under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Work closely with Account Managers to understand client needs and deliver high-quality candidate shortlists within agreed-upon timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 6-12 months of experience in a recruitment resourcing or 180-degree consultant role.
• A proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
