Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Based in South Africa, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for international clients across professional services markets. This is an excellent opportunity to build a global desk, develop long-term client relationships, and place top-tier talent across the UK, Europe, North America and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process, including business development, client acquisition, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of international clients and candidates through headhunting, networking, and proactive market engagement
• Take full ownership of your clients: job briefs, process management, expectations, and delivery
• Negotiate terms of business and manage client agreements
• Provide consultative market insights to both clients and candidates
• Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets and performance KPIs
• Represent the brand professionally across diverse global markets

Required Skills & Experience

• Currently operating in a true 360 recruitment role
• Minimum 2 years of current 360 experience
• Broader recruitment experience is welcome, but the most recent 2 years must be pure 360
• Strong track record in billing, business development, and client management
• Experience recruiting within professional services. Candidates whose recent 360 experience has been primarily within the medical recruitment sector will unfortunately not be the best fit for this role

Nice-to-Have

• Experience recruiting for international markets (UK, Europe, North America, APAC)
• Fluency in an additional language

Role Details

📍 Location: Fully Remote (South Africa)

🧭 Experience: Minimum 2 years in a  current  360 recruitment role

💰 Salary: R25,000 – R45,000 basic

✨ Commission: Incentivised, GBP-linked commission structure

🗣️ Language: English essential
