Tech-Ops Hacker
for a high-intensity
6-to-12-month mission
. Your goal is to eliminate manual repetition from our global recruitment lifecycle. You will re-engineer our talent acquisition foundation using a modern AI Stack, building an automated engine that achieves
non-linear growth
in hiring capacity.
*Project Deliverables
1. AI Stack Integration & Landing
- System Landing:
Drive the rapid deployment and optimization of our
ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
.
- Intelligence Layer:
Integrate LLM-based tools to automate resume screening, candidate ranking, and intelligent matching.
- Autonomous Scheduling:
Deploy 24/7 AI agents to handle interview coordination across global time zones (GMT+8 to PST), removing the "human-in-the-middle" delay.
2. Hyper-Automation & Workflow Hacking
- Talent Pool Activation:
Build automated "drip campaigns" to re-activate our passive database using personalized AI outreach.
- Friction Removal:
Identify repetitive tasks in the sourcing-to-onboarding pipeline with automation (e.g., Zapier, Make, or custom scripts).
3. Data-Driven Architecture (The Source of Truth)
- Real-time Visibility:
Ensure 100% data integrity and real-time dashboards for all global vacancies.
- Predictive Modeling:
Use data to pinpoint friction in the "Talent Supply Chain"—predicting RFS (Ready For Service) delays based on hiring velocity.

- Term:
This is a
6-to-12-month contract position

- Focus:
We are looking for an "Architect" who can build the engine, not just a "Driver."
- Outcome:
At the end of the term, you will have left a legacy of a fully automated, data-driven hiring machine.

- The Hacker Mindset:
You are obsessed with "Technical Leverage." You prefer 10 lines of code over 10 hours of manual labor.
- AI Tool Obsession:
Deeply familiar with the AI ecosystem (OpenAI API, Claude, LangChain, or AI-sourcing tools).
- ATS Architect:
Proven experience in landing and optimizing platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Agile Operator:
Able to work at the
"Speed of Light"
in a startup environment where transparency matters more than permission.
