Description We're looking for a talented Recruiter to own high volume hiring for our Rochester site. In this role, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle while finessing our hiring infrastructure. You'll drive fast-paced processes and partner closely with hiring managers to attract top talent. From pipeline management to candidate experience, you'll be the driving force behind our call center talent acquisition strategy.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

• Partner with leadership to develop and execute recruitment strategies for our call center
• Own full-cycle recruitment, ensuring exceptional candidate experience
• Source top talent through multiple channels, focusing on collections, retail, and customer service backgrounds
• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit
• Maintain clear communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the process

Requirements

• 4 years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Prior experience working at or for companies with accounts receivable operations and/or call centers (advantage)
• Strong data-driven expertise and experience using data to drive recruiting decisions and outcomes
• Proven comfortability working in an extremely high-growing, fast-paced technology business
• Passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences and committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruiting efforts
